These Terms apply to your use of the Velvetpalaceridge website and any service, booking or experience arranged through it.

1. Accepting these Terms

By visiting or using this website you accept these Terms. If you disagree, please refrain from using the site.

2. Minimum age

This website and our resort are reserved for adult guests aged 18 and above. By confirming your age on the entry page you attest that this applies to you. Photo identification may be requested at check-in.

3. Bookings and payment

• All bookings depend on availability and written confirmation.
• Rates are stated in EUR and include statutory VAT where relevant; city tax and gratuities may apply separately.
• A valid credit card is needed to guarantee a booking. Full settlement occurs at departure unless otherwise arranged.

4. Cancellations

Bookings may be cancelled without charge up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Within fourteen days the first night is billed; no-shows incur the full stay charge. Best Available Rates may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. Travel insurance is strongly advised.

5. Guest conduct

We may refuse service or end a stay if a guest endangers staff or other guests, damages property, breaches gaming rules, or otherwise violates reasonable standards of conduct.

6. Gaming

Gaming on our premises is governed by International law and available only to guests aged 18 and above. We encourage responsible play; self-exclusion and limits may be arranged anytime with our gaming host.

7. Liability

We exercise reasonable care to maintain a safe environment. Our liability is capped to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law. We are not liable for valuables not placed in the in-room or hotel safe.

8. Intellectual property

All material on this website (text, images, logos, design) belongs to Velvetpalaceridge or its licensors and is protected under copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property statutes.

9. Third-party links

This site may link to external websites. We are not accountable for the content or practices of those sites.

10. Governing law

These Terms fall under the law of International. Disputes lie within the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
